supercasino Terms & Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the supercasino website and platform, including registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, and any interaction with customer support. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and supercasino.

By clicking "Register", creating an account, or using any feature of the supercasino platform, you confirm that you:

• Have read these Terms in full and understand them
• Are 21 years of age or older
• Are legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction
• Agree to be bound by these Terms and any updates made to them

If you do not meet any of these conditions, you must not use the platform.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility conditions to register and maintain an account:

• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted
• You are not a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law
• You are not an employee, director, or immediate family member of any employee or director of supercasino
• You have not previously had a supercasino account closed for a breach of these Terms
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on the platform

supercasino reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension pending review.

To use the full supercasino platform — including making deposits, placing bets, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.

One account per person. Each individual may hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or devices — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.

KYC Verification. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you are required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. The name on your ID must match the name registered on your supercasino account exactly. Accepted documents include the Philippine passport, LTO driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID card, and PhilSys National ID.

Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. OTP codes are single-use and should never be shared with anyone, including anyone claiming to be supercasino staff. supercasino will never ask for your password or OTP.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, contact support immediately at [email protected] and change your password.

Accepted deposit methods. supercasino accepts deposits via local Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer through online or mobile banking. GCash and Maya act as payment transfer channels only and do not constitute endorsement or partnership with supercasino. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.

Deposit processing. Deposits are credited to your PHP account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — e-wallet transfers are typically near-instant, while bank transfers may take longer depending on inter-bank processing schedules.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. The name on your withdrawal destination must match your verified account name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of the request.

Withdrawal processing times. supercasino aims to process withdrawal requests within one business day of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of requests. Bank transfers may take additional time due to inter-bank settlement schedules.

Funds belonging to you. Funds in your supercasino account balance represent your entitlement to play and withdraw, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with these Terms. supercasino does not pay interest on account balances.

supercasino may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback arrangements, and other promotional offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time each offer is made. These Terms set out the general framework; individual promotion pages contain the specific conditions for each offer.

General conditions that apply to all promotions on supercasino:

• Bonuses are credited in PHP and can only be used on the supercasino platform
• All bonus offers have wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn — the specific requirement is stated on each promotion
• Different game categories may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — this is specified in the individual promotion terms
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active; placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is in play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except through the completion of applicable wagering requirements
• supercasino reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without notice
• Misuse of promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using prohibited wagering patterns to meet wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension

supercasino is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All players are expected to use the platform for legitimate personal entertainment only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use of bots or automated software — using any software, script, or tool to automate gameplay, place bets, or interact with the platform in a way not intended for normal human use
• Exploitation of technical errors — taking advantage of any software bug, error, or malfunction to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through a technical error are not considered valid and will not be paid
• Collusion — cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker and other player-versus-player formats
• Money laundering — using supercasino to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than legitimate gaming; any suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities
• Fraudulent chargebacks — initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider for a valid, authorised transaction on supercasino
• Providing false information — registering with false personal details, submitting forged identity documents, or misrepresenting your age or identity in any way
• Abusive behaviour — using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward supercasino staff or other players through any communication channel

supercasino monitors all accounts and transactions for signs of prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Voluntary closure. You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining PHP balance at the time of closure, less any pending bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements, will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

Suspension by supercasino. supercasino reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including (but not limited to) where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected
• Identity verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable time following a request
• The account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent activity or money laundering
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction is in effect
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the platform's dormant account policy

In cases of proven Terms breach, supercasino reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. In cases of account closure for administrative or business reasons not involving a Terms breach, any remaining balance will be returned to the account holder following identity verification.

Self-exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming can activate self-exclusion from the account settings. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be used and cannot be reopened before the exclusion period ends. Full details are on the Responsible Gaming page.

All content on the supercasino platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the property of supercasino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on any part of the platform
• Use the supercasino name, logo, or trademarks without prior written authorisation

Any unauthorised use of platform content or intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, supercasino's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

supercasino is not liable for:

• Any losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses from game outcomes, technical faults, or service interruptions
• Indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages of any kind
• Delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances outside supercasino's reasonable control, including network outages, power failures, or force majeure events
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials
• Any information or content provided by third-party game providers displayed through the platform

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

supercasino reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a notice displayed on the platform when they next log in.

Continued use of the supercasino platform after updated Terms have been communicated constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
